It's been four long years since SPELLLING's last new material studio record, The Turning Wheel (Sacred Bones, 2021), so excitement levels are pretty high around here to spin the experimental electro-pop artist's latest. The singles are strong, but I'm looking forward to hearing them in context with the rest of the record to see how it all pieces together. There's usually an arcing journey that comes with the spinning of her albums.
